You feel the bump of the road startle you as your waggon’s wheel bounces off the rocky surface and knocks a barrel onto its side. A single potato rolls towards you, but otherwise the provisions are all still secure. While the road is a bumpy one, the wagon was well prepared, whether you are or not.
You have joined a caravan heading to Castle Drakenholf, a city of intrigue. It was once known for its prosperity, with the Queen being very wealthy and known for holding extravagant balls. She was proclaimed as an “explorer” and a “uniter of people”, having gained treasures from across the realms. She also had a very well-established military, which meant that no one disagreed with her on this.
This all changed when the dragon moved in. Everyone knows that dragons love treasure and feed on greed and if there was anything a Drakenholf ball provides it was a good feast. A family of dragons came and since there had been no news.
